The COPE museum educates visitors on the damage that has been done in Laos due to the US heavily bombing the country during the Vietnam war as a "just in case" measure. Many people are being trained on how to remove bombs found in school playgrounds and villages.

The fact that this is still a huge issue in Laos today is something that shocked me. Children find the unexploded ammunition every day.
