The "Pink House" in Argentina is the presidential palace. Its name comes from the olden times when in order to protect the walls from the humidity, they were painted with a mixture of animal blood and lime, that give it that color. I'm not sure why the lights are hot pink though.

This is a clock tower situated in the Retiro neighbourhood of Buenos Aires. It was built by the British to commemorate the centenary of the Revolution and became known colloquially as the "English Tower". After the Falklands war in 1982, the name of the tower was changed back to its original name "Monumental Tower", although many residents still refer to it as "The English Tower".
